Hey there stranger! We've not blogged in a while (sorry) so it's great to be able to share this light filled intimate winter wedding with you all. This was one of the smallest weddings we've ever shot (I think), yet full to the brim with so many lovely moments.
Zoe and Charlie got married at the delightful Slaughters Manor House in Gloucester surrounded by their two beautiful children and their immediate family and dearest friends. Everyone was nestled in the front room on comfy sofas and chairs and watched with tear filled eyes as they tied the knot, helped by their two children who had the honourable tasks of walking Zoe down the isle, handing the rings over and also a reading. We definitely had something in our eye.
Although it was chilly, the light was absolutely glorious. Champagne was quaffed outside and we took a short stroll around the grounds to get some beautiful photos of Zoe and Charlie. Possibly the quickest couple shoot we've ever done (it was very cold!) but with that light and such wonderful grounds, we didn't need long. The afternoon was topped off with delicious lunch before more guests arriving to celebrate with them over the evening. How perfect.
We loved every second of this wedding, the intimacy of it, the location, the light. It was beautiful.
