FAQ

HOW MANY IMAGES DO WE GET?
On average we deliver between 600 to 700 images for a full wedding day and 300 to 400 for a half day. All images will be available as downloads delivered in a password protected online gallery that you can share with you family and friends.

HOW LONG WILL MY WEDDING FILM BE?
For a full wedding day the feature film is around 20 mins and for our half day it's around 10 minutes. Previews are around 5 mins and you’ll also receive the full ceremony and speeches separately when covered.

WHO WILL BE THERE ON THE DAY?
You will definitely have a Clarke! Either Anna or Simon will always be there. Sometimes and quite often it'll be both of us, sometimes it'll be either Anna or Simon and one of our fantastic team members as a second shooter. You're always in safe hands, don't worry. All editing is always completed by Team Clarke!

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
We travel all over UK and indeed the world! In the UK we charge a nominal travel fee for travelling over 150 miles from where we are based in Warwickshire. For international destinations, travel and accommodation charges will apply, please email us for more information.

HOW DO WE BOOK AND DO WE NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING?
Booking is simple,  we ask for a deposit for wedding bookings to secure your date. Once this is paid we send you a few bits of paperwork to sign and send back to us and that's it. The balance is payable one month before the wedding day.

DO WE NEED TO GIVE YOU A SHOT LIST?
Nope! A month or so before your wedding we'll send you a questionnaire to fill out which will give us all the info we need for the day and the only shot list we need.

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL HOURS TO THE PACKAGE?
Yes, you can, these are charged from £200 per hour.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU'RE ILL ON OUR BIG DAY?
It takes a LOT for us to be so ill and not be able to attend a wedding! FYI this hasn't happened yet. However, if the situation should ever arise, we have a great circle of fellow wedding photographers and videographers we can call upon to make sure your wedding is covered, with your approval of course. If this could not be managed you would get a full refund. But neither of these scenarios has actually ever happened to us yet.

WHAT CAMERAS DO YOU USE?
Currently we use Canon 5D Mark IV DSLR cameras for both photography and film and various external audio recorders for sound.

DO YOU OFFER A PRE-WEDDING SHOOT?
Yes, indeed we do! Please see the COUPLES section for galleries, more info and prices. You get a discount on our usual couple shoot price if you've booked us to shoot your wedding.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS AND/OR FILM?
It normally takes between 8 to 14 weeks for full delivery of your photos and or film, but this is all dependent on what time of year it is. As you can imagine the summer months are crazy busy and editing takes a little longer due to the high volume of shoots.

DO WE GET TO CHOOSE THE MUSIC THAT GOES WITH OUR FILM?
We have final say on the music that is picked for a film or photo slideshow. The music is such an important part of a wedding film and we'd hate to ruin something with a bad/cheesy soundtrack. But with this in mind, we love getting suggestions and we're always listening out for the music that's used during your wedding day to see if it would be suitable in your film or photo slideshow.

CAN WE HAVE ALL THE RAW UNEDITED PHOTOS AND/OR FOOTAGE?
This is not a service we offer. We spend a long time going through all of the photos taken and footage captured to make sure we have all the very best shots and footage included in your final wedding photos and or film.

DO WE GET ALL OF THE CEREMONY AND THE SPEECHES FILMED?
Yes as part of your film package you will receive the full ceremony and speeches edited together as it happened and delivered as HD digital files on a memory stick with your film and preview.

DO YOU HAVE A DRONE?
Yes we do and we take it to all of our weddings. We don’t charge any extra for it and we use it when we and if we can. The use or inclution of drone footage or images is never guaranteed as conditions or restrictions may not allow.
