Sophie & Nial // Cripps Stone Barn

Sophie and Nial’s wedding at Cripps Stone Barn was everything I love about a countryside celebration - relaxed, full of character, and set against the beautiful backdrop of The Cotswolds.

From the moment I arrived, there was this calm, easy energy to the day. Stone barns, rolling fields, and that soft Cotswolds light, it’s the kind of setting that doesn’t need much. It just works.

Their ceremony was simple and heartfelt, followed by one of those confetti moments that just explodes with energy… laughing, movement, and everyone fully in it. Exactly the kind of moment I love capturing.

We took a short walk for couple portraits, making the most of the surrounding countryside. Nothing staged, just the two of them together, taking it all in. That’s always where the best images come from.

As the evening rolled in, the barn filled with warm light, great food, and a packed dancefloor. A proper celebration from start to finish.

A perfect example of a relaxed, true country wedding in the Cotswolds.
